I baked it in my
Breadman bread machine (available in my store)
but you could also bake it in a conventional oven. Just be sure it
bakes long enough- I'm guessing, about 50 minutes up to an hour at 350
degrees F. This is a large loaf.
Add to the
bread machine:
1 cup packed organic light brown sugar
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup light olive oil
1 tablespoon
Ener-G Egg Replacer whisked with 1/4 cup warm water (or two large eggs, beaten)
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla extract
